I've been working with PCs and Macs for over 30 years and it was quite clear that its loading was no where close to when the iMac was issued in 2017. The rotating beach ball was a frequent visitor on the desktop. The iMac was really slow in booting up as well as in loading apps. And knowing that I could return the unit to techs that were on board at Back Market was definitely an added attraction.īut I felt the level of the hardware refurbishment fell short.
